Please ensure you are supervising your child at all times. Please do not leave your child unsupervised, we also have a "no running" policy inside class.
If your child is being disruptive please take your little out of class to defuse the situation.
Please do not change baby's nappy in class - use the changing facilities on site.
Please do not bring yourself or your child to class if you are ill.
If you miss class for illness or holiday I will do my best to accommodate a replacement class for you on another day. This is a kindness, not guaranteed and is subject to places being available. Refunds are not permitted for you missing class.
Places are only confirmed on receipt of fees no longer than 48hrs after booking your chosen class. If payment is not received after 48hrs, places will be released.
You may pay via bank transfer to my MWM account 87809095 558123 to avoid paying the site booking fee.
Bookings are for one child and one adult only. If you need to bring anyone else to class you will need to ask permission from me prior to that day's class.
All classes will run in accordance to government or venue COVID guidelines. If for whatever reason Covid or any other event outside of my control affects classes running, then your session will be provided via Zoom.
For hygiene & allergy reasons, food cannot be given to children in class. Babies however can be fed milk.
Please keep videoing & picture taking to a minimum and of your child only. Due to safeguarding there are lots of reasons you may not be able to video or take pictures with other children in the background. Please be aware of this and stop if another family or myself asks you to.
Music with Mummy songs are copyrighted so if you are taking long video's and not just a short clips you maybe asked to stop.
If a class member or parent is behaving in an unreasonable, harmful or offensive way you will be asked to leave.
